I am a female student above 50 years and need assistance with yoga, preferably at my home, though I am willing to travel. My goal is to find a remedy for body pains through yoga. I am interested in various styles like Kriya Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. I want to start yoga classes immediately.
