Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm keen to find a Yoga instructor in Mumbai for home classes. My purpose of taking yoga classes includes General Fitness, Stress Relief, Weight loss, and to have increased energy. I'm not sure of the type of yoga but I'm a female in the above 50 years age group. I am willing to travel but my preferred location is my home in Andheri East Marol Village.
