Balancing my daily responsibilities and health, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor in Kandivali East, Mumbai. I prefer someone who can provide classes at my home or is willing to travel. I'm above 50 years old and my goal is to improve immunity, find a remedy for body pains, increase energy, improve flexibility and also for weight loss.
