I'm looking for a Yoga instructor in Andheri West, Mumbai who can provide classes at my home or I am willing to travel to them. I'm not entirely sure about the specific Yoga Style that would suit me best, but my primary goals are to find remedy for body pains, achieve increased energy, find stress relief, improve immunity, support weight loss, delve into Yoga Philosophy/Yoga Sutra Studies, achieve general fitness, and improve better flexibility.
