Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm keen to find a yoga instructor to help me improve my overall well-being. I am a female above 50 years old and looking for yoga classes at My Home but I am willing to travel also in Ulwe Sector 23, Mumbai. My goals are to Improve immunity, achieve General Fitness, gain Better flexibility, and experience Stress Relief. I am not sure about any specific style. I plan to start Immediately.
