About the Job

To enhance my overall learning experience, I'm looking for a qualified yoga instructor in the Andheri West, Mumbai area. I'm interested in both Kriya Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga styles, and I'm hoping to improve my general fitness, increase my energy levels, and boost my immunity through regular practice. As a male student in the above 50 years age group, I need someone patient and understanding. I prefer classes at my home but am willing to travel. I plan to start immediately.
