Improving my health and focusing on general fitness and weight loss has become a priority for me right now. As a female in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to start sessions immediately to achieve my wellness goals. Since I am located in Andheri East, Mumbai, I am open to either home tuition or traveling to your facility for the classes. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style to pursue, I am looking for an instructor who can guide me through the basics and help me stay consistent.
