Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my top priority for my daughter. She falls in the 5- 13 years-old age group and is eager to start general fitness sessions right away. Since she is quite young, I would prefer a dedicated trainer to conduct the sessions at My Home in Powai, Mumbai. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am looking for someone experienced in training children who can make the sessions engaging and effective. We are ready to begin classes Immediately and would love to find a patient instructor who can guide her through the basics safely.
