Yoga Classes in Mira Road East - General Fitness (Online/Home)

About the Job

I'm looking for a Yoga instructor to help me with general fitness. I'm a female student above 50 years old and am open to classes at My Home, am willing to travel, or Online sessions via video chat. I'm not entirely sure about the Preferred Yoga Style, so guidance would be appreciated. I'm planning to start Yoga Classes within a month and I'm located in Mira Road East, Mumbai.
