Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my top priority for my daughter who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. She is eager to start sessions immediately to improve her flexibility, boost general fitness, and experience increased energy levels throughout the day. Although we are not yet sure about a specific yoga style, we are looking for a patient instructor who can guide her through the basics. We are based in Bandra West, Mumbai, and are willing to travel to reach a suitable venue for these lessons.
