Balancing my daily responsibilities and fitness goals, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Powai Chandivali, Mumbai. I am a male in the 22-50 years old age group and my goal is general fitness. I'm not sure about a preferred yoga style, so I'm open to suggestions. I am also willing to travel.
