Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm keen to find a yoga instructor for classes in Malad East, Mumbai. I am looking for someone to provide yoga sessions at my home or I am willing to travel nearby. My purpose is to gain stress relief, achieve general fitness, and support weight loss. The classes are for female students in the 22-50 years age group. I am planning to start yoga classes immediately. I'm not sure about a preferred yoga style.
