Balancing my daily responsibilities and health, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor in Kandivali East Lokhandwala Township, Mumbai. I need someone who can conduct classes at my home and, while I'm not sure about a specific yoga style, my goals are to achieve better flexibility, weight loss, and find a remedy for body pains. The classes are for female students in the 22-50 years old age group, and I plan to start immediately. I am also willing to travel, if needed.
