I am specifically interested in learning both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian South Indian Cooking Classes to cover a wide variety of traditional recipes. Since I am based in Chembur Mumbai, I am more than happy to travel to a professional kitchen or a tutor's home to attend these sessions. My goal is to get started with these lessons within a month to accommodate my current schedule. This program is intended for adults in the 22 to 50 years old age group, so I am hoping to find an instructor who can provide hands-on guidance at a suitable pace.
