I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Andheri East Mumbai for my son who is in the 5 to 13 years old age group. The primary goal of these classes is to improve his general fitness through a combination of Yoga Meditation and Ashtanga Yoga techniques. I am eager to begin these training sessions immediately to help him build a healthy routine. I would prefer a tutor who is skilled in working with children and can keep the practice engaging and age-appropriate.
