I am a female student in the 14 to 21 years old age group and am eager to start these classes immediately. My primary goals for joining these sessions are to improve my immunity, gain a deeper understanding of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies, manage stress, and increase my daily energy levels.
