I am looking for an experienced Yoga instructor to help me achieve my goal of General Fitness. As a student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I want to establish a healthy routine and need a professional who can provide guidance tailored to my needs. Although I am not sure about a specific Yoga style, I am open to suggestions that will improve my overall wellness. I am located in Andheri East, Mumbai and for the sessions, I am willing to travel or receive training at my home. I am planning to start these Yoga classes immediately.
