I am currently looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to help me achieve my health goals in Santacruz East Kalina Mumbai. My primary focus is on weight loss and improving my general fitness. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for someone who can tailor sessions to meet my specific physical needs. I am a female student and I am open to either learning at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio for our sessions. While I am not sure about the preferred yoga style yet, I am eager to explore different techniques. I am just starting to look at my options to begin these classes.
