I am currently searching for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor who can help me achieve my weight loss goals through Kriya Yoga. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am looking for someone who can provide personalized training sessions. I am based in Seawoods, Mumbai and I am open to either home visits or online classes depending on your availability. I am currently in the research phase and just want to look at options before I decide on a final plan to start yoga classes.
