I am actively searching for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct Hatha Yoga sessions at my home in Koparkhairane, Mumbai. Since I am looking to start these sessions immediately, I need someone who can guide a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group. My goal for this training is comprehensive, as I am focusing on weight loss, better flexibility, stress relief, and increased energy. Additionally, I want to work on improving my immunity, addressing body pains through remedial postures, and deepening my understanding of yoga philosophy and yoga sutras for general fitness.
