As a female student above 50 years of age, I need someone who understands the specific needs of my age group and can guide me through a safe yet effective routine. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and am open to suggestions from a professional. I am based in Kurla East Mumbai and prefer classes at my home, though I am willing to travel for the right sessions. I am very keen to focus on my health and plan to start yoga classes immediately.
