As a female student above 50 years of age, my primary goal is to improve my flexibility and achieve effective stress relief through consistent practice. I am specifically interested in learning Yoga Meditation and would appreciate a trainer who can tailor the lessons to my physical needs. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and am also willing to travel if required for the sessions.
