I am looking for a professional and dedicated yoga instructor to help me achieve my wellness goals starting immediately. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a practitioner who can provide expert guidance in various disciplines including Bikram Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Kriya Yoga. My primary objectives for these sessions are stress relief, increased energy, better flexibility, general fitness, and to improve immunity.
