I am looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable yoga instructor to provide personalized training at my home in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. As a female student above 50 years of age, my goal is to improve my immunity, gain better flexibility, and find relief from body pains through regular practice. I am also very interested in learning about yoga philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies while focusing on stress relief, weight loss, increased energy, and general fitness. Since I am not sure about a specific yoga style, I would appreciate a tutor who can guide me through the best approach for my needs.
