I am looking for a dedicated and skilled yoga instructor to help me with my fitness journey through regular Power Yoga sessions. My primary goals for these classes are to improve my general fitness levels, increase my body flexibility, and focus on weight loss. Since I am a male between the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I need a trainer who can design a program suitable for my physical needs. I am based in Goregaon West, Mumbai and I am open to either having the instructor visit my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required.
