Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am focused on maintaining General Fitness and overall well-being. I reside in Dombivli East, Mumbai and would prefer a teacher who can visit my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. My plan is to start these classes within a month to ensure I have a consistent routine. I am looking for an experienced instructor who understands the specific needs of a female student at this stage of life.
