Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am seeking a certified yoga instructor for Pregnancy/Prenatal Yoga classes at my home in Kandivali West, Mumbai. I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group. My goals for these yoga sessions are to achieve increased energy, improve immunity, and most importantly, achieve stress relief.
