I'm looking for a qualified instructor to teach me Power Yoga online. I am based in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, and prefer online sessions (video chat via Skype, Google Hangout etc.). My goal is weight loss, and I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group. I'm not entirely sure when I want to start Yoga Classes, as I just want to explore my options right now.
