I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in Vashi Mumbai. My goal is to practice Iyengar Yoga and Hatha Yoga to help with general fitness, provide a remedy for body pains, and aid in stress relief. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am keen to start my wellness journey immediately. I am looking for someone who is patient and can tailor the sessions to suit my specific needs for pain management and relaxation.
