Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my primary goal as I aim for weight loss through a structured yoga practice. Since I fall within the 22 to 50 years age group, I am looking for a dedicated female instructor who can guide me in Kundalini Yoga and Bikram Yoga. I am based in Kandivali West, Mumbai, and I am comfortable with both online classes or traveling to your facility for sessions. Planning to start these classes within a month, I would appreciate a mentor who understands my specific fitness needs.
