My primary goal for these sessions is to find relief from daily stress, boost my energy levels, improve my immunity, and gain better flexibility. I live in Bhandup West, Mumbai, and I am quite flexible regarding the logistics; I am happy to have an instructor visit my home, but I am also willing to travel to a nearby location for the right professional.
