To enhance my overall learning experience, I am looking for an experienced Iyengar Yoga instructor for home classes in Dadar East, Mumbai. My goal is to improve my flexibility and find some relief from body pains through yoga. I am a female student in the above 50 years age group. I can either travel to the instructor's location or prefer someone who can provide classes at my home. I'm planning to start these yoga classes immediately.
