Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to find a yoga instructor in Koparkhairane, Mumbai. I am a female in the 22-50 age group and I'm looking for someone to conduct classes at my home or I am willing to travel. The purpose of yoga class is for general fitness, weight loss, improve immunity, and better flexibility. I'm not sure about the preferred yoga style. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
