Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor who can come to my home in Bandra East, Mumbai. I'm a female and above 50 years old. My goals for yoga are to achieve better flexibility, find a remedy for body pains, support weight loss, and improve my general fitness.
