Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline for my 2 to 5 year old son is my current priority. I am searching for a qualified instructor to conduct Power Yoga sessions through online classes to help him with healthy weight loss and overall fitness. Since he is in the early developmental age group, it is essential that the sessions are engaging and age-appropriate. I have a firm plan to start these lessons within a month and require a trainer who can provide a certification of completion at the end of the course.
