I am looking for a yoga teacher in High Street Market, VIP Road, Mohali, for a female student aged above 50 years to start immediately. I am flexible with the learning mode as I am open to home tuition, travelling to the instructor, or attending online classes. My main goals for these sessions are weight loss, relief from body pains, increasing energy levels, and improving general fitness. I also wish to focus on better flexibility, boosting my immunity, and finding stress relief.
