Developing a strong foundation in physical activity for my son, I'm looking for an experienced Power Yoga instructor for online classes. My son is between 2-5 years old, and I want to introduce him to yoga to boost his energy levels. We are located in Mohali, specifically JRW4+RH Zirakpur, Punjab. Ideally, I would prefer someone who can guide him properly. We plan to start the yoga classes within a month.
