I am looking for an experienced Ashtanga Yoga trainer in Mira Road East Sai Baba Nagar, Mira-Bhayandar to help me with effective remedies for body pains. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years, I am flexible with the mode of instruction and am open to home visits, travelling to the tutor, or online classes. It is important that the sessions include a certification of completion upon finishing the course. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately to address my health concerns.
