I'm looking for a dance instructor to help me learn Cha Cha. I need classes online, preferably video chat via Skype or Google Hangout. I'm planning to start dance classes within a month in Arnawali, Meerut. The dance purpose is for an event, and I am between 16 yrs to 25 yrs. My monthly budget is less than Rs. 1000.
