I am looking for a highly skilled yoga instructor to guide me through specialized Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga sessions focused on weight loss. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I need a trainer who understands my specific physical requirements and fitness goals. I am based in Jai Singh Pura, Mathura and would prefer sessions at my home although I am willing to travel for the right expert. Because I wish to be a certified yoga instructor myself, I am looking for a mentor who holds professional certification and can help me master these techniques properly. I plan to start yoga classes immediately and would appreciate working with someone who is both knowledgeable and supportive of my career goals.
