Developing a strong foundation in mindfulness and wellness is a priority for my son who is between 5 and 13 years old. I am seeking a qualified instructor to conduct Kundalini Yoga sessions to help him with effective Stress Relief. These sessions will be conducted through online classes. Since we are located in Harveypatti, Madurai, virtual training is the most convenient way for us to begin. It is important that the sessions are conducted by someone who can provide a Certification of Completion upon finishing the course. We are ready to start these yoga classes immediately and would appreciate finding an expert who is experienced in working with young children.
