Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is essential for my 2 to 5 year old child. Finding a qualified instructor to conduct online classes for Power Yoga and Yoga Meditation has become a priority to help improve flexibility. Since we are based in Madina, we prefer the convenience of remote sessions to introduce these healthy habits early on. The goal is to keep my child engaged and happy while learning body movement and calm breathing techniques. We are planning to start these sessions within a month and would appreciate a trainer who has experience working with young toddlers.
