Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am keen to find a Yoga instructor in Lucknow. I'm looking for someone who can help me with better flexibility, general fitness, improve my immunity, and find a remedy for body pains. My goal is also to achieve weight loss. I am a female in the 22-50 years old age group. I'm not entirely sure about the specific Yoga style, so guidance would be appreciated. I prefer classes at my home but I am also willing to travel.
