She is between 5 and 13 years old and requires professional guidance to start a weight loss focused yoga program immediately. Since we are located in Chinhat Matiyari, Lucknow, I am open to either home sessions or traveling to a nearby studio depending on the instructor convenience. Although we are not yet sure about a specific yoga style, the primary goal is helping her stay active and healthy through structured movement. I am eager to find a patient and experienced trainer who can work effectively with children in this age group to keep them engaged.
