I am currently searching for a dedicated yoga instructor who can conduct sessions for a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old. Since I live in Ind.Area Sarojininagar, Lucknow, I am open to either having the instructor visit my home or traveling to a nearby location for these classes. I am not yet sure about the specific style of yoga to pursue and would appreciate guidance on the best approach for my fitness goals.
