I am a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old searching for a professional trainer to guide my General Fitness journey. Since I am not yet sure which specific yoga style will suit me best, I appreciate an instructor who can help me explore and identify the right practice. I reside in Ind.Area Sarojininagar, Lucknow and am comfortable with sessions at my home or traveling to a nearby center.
