As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to start sessions immediately to improve my general fitness. Since I am located at IIM Mubarakpur in Lucknow, I am looking for an instructor who can conduct classes at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. While I am not sure which specific yoga style will suit me best, I hope to find a guide who can tailor a program to my needs.
