I am looking for a Yoga instructor in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow to help me with weight loss, general fitness, and increased energy. I am a female and my age group is above 50 years. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style, so someone who can guide me would be great. I prefer the location for classes to be my home and I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
