Seeking Private Yoga Trainer for General Fitness in Gomtinagar Lucknow

Yoga Trainers Vacancy

I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to help me with General Fitness at my home in Gomtinagar Lucknow. As a female student above 50 years of age, I am looking for a trainer who can guide me through a session tailored to my needs, even though I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet. I am comfortable with in-person sessions at my home or am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required. My plan to start yoga classes is within a month, and I am eager to find someone reliable who understands the health requirements of my age group. Please contact me if you are a professional instructor available in this area to discuss the schedule and your teaching approach.
