As a female student above 50 years of age, my primary purpose for seeking these classes is to find a natural remedy for persistent body pains. I am not sure about the specific yoga style that would suit me best, so I am looking for a professional who can assess my physical condition and guide me through appropriate postures. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately and am also willing to travel if required.
