I am looking for a professional and patient yoga trainer to teach my son who is in the 5 to 13 years old age group. Our primary goal for these sessions is to help him improve immunity, achieve stress relief, gain better flexibility, and focus on general fitness. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style, I am looking for someone who can engage children effectively. I am based in Gomtinagar, Lucknow, and for the classes, I am happy to facilitate training at my home or I am willing to travel to your location if preferred. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who understands how to work with young students.
